According to the report, the accused was identified as an activist in a paramilitary group in Gaza that fought alongside Hamas. The prosecution presented conversation transcripts in which Al-Mohtadi told men to "get ready" and that "the borders are open" and asked to "bring the rifles" to participate in the attack. He arrived in the US last year with an immigration visa.
