Victim of West Bank hit-and-run identified as Yehuda Sherman, 18; Council head and Smotrich: 'This is a terror attack'

Yehuda Sherman, 18, is the young man who was killed when struck by a vehicle while riding an ATV in the West Bank. The driver of the vehicle is a Palestinian, and Samaria Regional Council head Yossi Dagan claimed it was a terror attack. Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, who has known the family for many years, offered condolences to Sherman's parents and claimed it was murder: "I share from the bottom of my heart in the grief of my friends and partners of many years, Yehoshua and Sima Sherman and their family, over the murder of their son, Yehuda Shmuel Sherman."
