Electric scooter rider sedated after being hit by car in Tiberias, condition critical

An electric scooter rider, about 20 years old, was seriously injured after being hit by a car on Brenner Street in Tiberias. MDA paramedics who arrived at the scene sedated him to stabilize his condition and evacuated him to the Poriya Medical Center in northern Israel.
