Court releases Harish mayor accused of indecent acts under restrictive conditions, execution delayed

The Hadera Magistrate's Court released the mayor of Harish, Yitzhak Keshet, under restrictive conditions. He is accused of committing indecent acts against 5 women and offenses of fraud and breach of trust. Keshet was held in custody for more than two months. During the hearing, supervisors who will monitor Keshet and ensure he complies with the release conditions were presented to the court. Following the release decision, the Haifa District Attorney's Office requested a stay of execution to appeal the decision.
