Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky rejected Russian President Vladimir Putin's offer to come for a meeting in Moscow. In an interview with American network ABC last night, Zelensky said that "he can come to Kyiv." According to him, "I cannot travel to Moscow while my country is under missile threat, under attack every day. I cannot go to the capital of this terrorist."
