Netanyahu's testimony canceled on Monday, proposed to be held on Sunday; Tuesday's session to proceed as planned

Deputy President of the Jerusalem District Court, Judge Rivka Friedman-Feldman, approved Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's request to cancel his testimony in the Alpim cases on Monday, due to a government meeting being held that day instead of Sunday. She noted that "given the reasoning behind the request, it should have been submitted earlier," and suggested holding the testimony on Sunday instead. The judge rejected the request to cancel or shorten Tuesday's session, and determined that Wednesday's hearing would be shortened: beginning at 9:00 AM and ending at 12:00 PM.
