Yehi Yahud, father of Hamas captive Arbel Yahud who was released, said in an interview with ynet studio that 'it was important for her to convey the message in the Knesset and demonstrate to them how she felt when there were bombings while being held by terrorists.' Yehi added that the family was not informed about reports claiming Ahmed Kamel Sarhan was eliminated - a senior operative in the Nasser Salah al-Din Brigades who was responsible for his daughter's kidnapping and later oversaw her security and transfers between hiding places. He also noted that his daughter did not identify that terrorist.
