The White House plans to limit its "distribution of classified intelligence" with the US Congress following leaks about the assessment of results from the US military strike earlier this week, which targeted Iran's nuclear facilities. This was reported by the Washington Post citing a senior official in President Donald Trump's administration. According to the same source, only four senior officials will be able to brief lawmakers: Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, CIA Director John Ratcliffe and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Dan Kane. The Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, the Post noted, will not take part in the briefings.
