The prosecution filed an indictment with the Lod District Court against three Tayibe residents for aggravated murder of Raad Haj Yahya (50) in Tayibe about a month and a half ago. According to the indictment, Adham Gabali (30), Ahmad Masarwa (28) and Muhammad Gabali (28) conspired and planned in advance to cause Yahya's death, and each had a defined role. When Raad left his home in a vehicle, according to the indictment, they blocked his travel lane, and then approximately 14 bullets were fired at Raad from close range. The indictment charges all three with premeditated murder under aggravated circumstances and carrying and transporting weapons and ammunition.
