Russia and Ukraine conducted the first phase of a prisoner of war exchange for those under 25 years old. This follows an agreement on prisoner exchanges reached during a meeting between representatives of both countries in Istanbul on June 2. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on this, saying: "We have brought home the first group of prisoners. The deal will be implemented in stages and is expected to be completed within a few days."
