Non-standard electrical cables caused the fire that broke out in the underground parking lot at the construction site of the future BIG shopping complex in Petah Tikva on August 8. Deputy Fire Officer Dudu Arbiv, deputy commander of the Petah Tikva station and head of the fire protection division who led the investigation team, told Ynet: "This was a fire that affected the entire area.
