French judges have issued arrest warrants for seven former senior Syrian officials, including Syrian President Bashar Assad, for bombing a press center in Homs in 2012, a legal source said. American journalist Marie Colvin and French photographer Remi Ochlik were killed in the press center bombing, and three other people were wounded.
