Iran announces airspace closure ahead of 'extensive missile launches'

|
Iran has issued an official Notice to Airmen (NOTAM), warning of planned missile launches in extensive areas in the south of the country tomorrow. According to data from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the airspace in the launch areas will be closed to traffic between 05:30 and 15:30 (Israel time). The West and Israel are closely monitoring the reports, after Iran conducted numerous exercises in recent weeks, which yesterday also led to the closure of the Strait of Hormuz.
