The director of the Meteorological Service, Dr. Amir Givati, warned that from the afternoon hours until the evening, heavy rain and flash floods are expected in the Judean Desert streams and the Dead Sea area. Hikers and drivers are asked to listen to police instructions and stay away from flowing water sources and stream channels.
