Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a recorded statement at Cyber Week conference at Tel Aviv University that "examining the October 7 failure is possible only through a broad national inquiry commission." Netanyahu added: "There will be no free pass here. There was a massive failure. This failure must be thoroughly investigated, it must examine the political level, the military level, the security level, everyone. And this is possible only if we do it through a broad national inquiry commission that is not tailored to one side or another."
