The IDF evacuated five Syrian-Druze civilians from As-Suwayda in Syria overnight via helicopter that landed and collected them, concurrent with a wave of strikes across the country. According to the IDF spokesperson, the strikes targeted "military sites, anti-aircraft artillery, and surface-to-air missile infrastructure," with Syria reporting strikes in the areas of Hama, Damascus, Daraa, and the port city of Latakia. The five evacuees were transferred for medical treatment to Ziv Hospital in Safed. Earlier today, the IDF stated that "forces are deployed in southern Syria and are prepared to prevent hostile forces from entering the area and Druze villages."
