Police reported that due to flooding on Route 90, the Arava Junction and the northern entrance and exit to Eilat have been closed to traffic. At the same time, Route 12 has also been closed to traffic. At this stage, all roads leading to and from the city of Eilat are blocked to vehicular traffic in both directions. Despite the road closures, departure from the city of Eilat will be permitted for the purpose of reaching Ramon Airport only. The public is asked to avoid traveling to the blocked roads.
