An IDF soldier was moderately wounded during a military operation in the West Bank city of Nablus, the military said.
According to the military, the soldier was injured by gunfire during an operational activity carried out by IDF forces in the city, which falls under the Samaria Brigade. The wounded soldier was evacuated to a hospital for medical treatment, and his family has been notified.
IDF forces launched a manhunt for the assailant following the shooting, the military said.
