Due to recent clashes between Palestinians and security forces in the West Bank, Benny Gantz announced that - following a security assessment - that the Karam Abu Salem commercial crossing will be closed for the entry of Israeli Arabs into the Jenin area starting Thursday evening "until further notice."
According to a message from the Defense Ministry, this decision was made because of the recent shooting attack that was carried out towards the nearby guard post.
