Hamas leadership in the Gaza Strip, namely terror chief Yahya Sinwar and military commander Mohammad Deif, will have the “final say” on a cease-fire proposal with Israel presented by mediators in Paris, Hamas-affiliated Al Quds network reported Saturday afternoon, citing sources within the terrorist group.
The report comes amid rumors of disagreements between Hamas's political bureau chief Ismail Haniyeh and Gaza leader Sinwar regarding the conditions of the agreement. (Einav Halabi)
