IDF spokesperson Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari, concluding a 30-year career, addressed troops Friday with a farewell message stressing professionalism and resolve as the war in Gaza continues amid the announcement of his retirement from service.
“During my three decades in the IDF, I have always prioritized the state’s security and our mission, and I urge you to remain steadfast in this commitment,” Hagari said. “We must stay professional, truthful and dedicated to earning public trust. The war is not yet over and the hostages in Gaza remain our highest ethical priority.”
