The IDF spokesman in Arabic, Col. Avichay Adraee, called on the residents of Gaza City to evacuate their homes and head south. "To all the residents of Gaza City, especially in the northern neighborhoods of Shatti, Al-Nasr, Abdel-Rahman, Al-Oda and Al-Karama - the terrorist organizations are returning to firing rockets at the State of Israel," Adraee said. "The selected area has been warned several times in the past. We inform you that the specified area is considered a dangerous combat zone, so for your safety - immediately go south."
