The Foreign Ministry responded to the decision by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), which stated that Iran is violating its nuclear obligations, saying that "Iran is involved in a secret and systematic nuclear weapons program. It is rapidly accumulating highly enriched uranium, which clearly proves that the nature of the program is not for peaceful purposes. Iran has consistently blocked IAEA verification and monitoring, expelled inspectors, and sanitized and concealed suspicious undeclared sites in Iran. These actions undermine the global non-proliferation regime and pose an immediate threat to regional and international security and stability."
