IDF publishes annual report showing high rise in West Bank violence

The IDF published its annual report for the calendar year of 2022 on Thursday with data presenting a steep rise in Palestinian violence in the West Bank.
According to the report, 285 Palestinian shooting attacks were recorded in 2022 compared to 61 similar incidents in 2021, with the number of suspect arrests lowering to 2,672 compared to 2,800 in the previous year.
The military also reported that the number of Israeli victims in Palestinian terror attacks rose in 2022 with 31 victims compared to 6 in 2021.
