Noa Goldenberg charged with assaulting a public servant for throwing sand at Ben-Gvir

Three days after Noa Goldenberg was arrested for throwing sand at National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir while he visited beach in Tel Aviv with his family, the prosecution division of the police filed an indictment against her in the city's Magistrate's Court in the city for assaulting a public servant and obstructing a police officer in the performance of his duty. The indictiment states that Goldenberg 27, "attacked Ben-Gvir with a ball of hard mud, and refused to come out of the sea." The police said that during the investigation, the accused initially denied her involvement, but after evidence was presented to her, she changed her version, actually implicated herself and claimed that she was frustrated to see the minister at sea during a war.
