The State Prosecutor's Office has filed an indictment against Noam Amar (18), a resident of Ashkelon, for rape and making threats. According to the indictment, Amar and the complainant had a "casual acquaintance," and he was invited to her home to resolve some issues while another friend of hers was in the apartment. He arrived with his friend, and all present except the complainant used crystal meth. At some point, the defendant remained in the complainant's apartment while she was sleeping. He removed her pants and underwear and raped her. After his arrest, he threatened a police officer who refused to let him smoke.
