Sergeant Lazer killed by explosive drone strike on engineering vehicle in Kfar Dibel, his mother: 'They tore out my heart'

Rotem David-Lazer, mother of Sergeant Nehorai Lazer, who fell yesterday in Lebanon, posted on Facebook and wrote: "They tore out my heart. Why? God, why?" His sister Mai wrote: "My little brother. My whole world. My heart stopped beating with you." On the eve of Shavuot, the mother spoke with a friend and told her how worried she was that her son was in Lebanon. Sergeant Lazer, a soldier in the 601st Combat Engineering Battalion of the 'Iron Tracks' Formation (401), was killed by an explosive drone strike on the engineering vehicle (Namera) in which he was located in Kfar Dibel. His funeral will be held today at 5:00 p.m. in the military section of the cemetery in Eilat.
