It was further claimed these are significant facilities and that the Alba aluminum plant "plays an influential role in producing military equipment for the U.S. military." The aluminum plant in Bahrain confirmed it was attacked, noting two people were lightly injured. Meanwhile, following reports of attacks on universities in Iran, the Revolutionary Guards threatened that higher education institutions in Israel and the U.S. are now also legitimate targets.
