|
Israeli Air Force strikes in Iran were primarily aimed at dozens of anti-aircraft systems in the western part of the country and around Tehran, enabling almost unrestricted flight at various altitudes above the capital of the Islamic Republic in an unprecedented manner. Simultaneously, the international airport attacked near Tehran early in the night contained weapons depots and outdated Iranian fighter jets, with the objective being to render it unusable.
