Cypriot media reported Saturday that an explosion set off near the Israeli embassy in the country, causing no damages or injuries.
Local security forces who arrived at the scene noticed four suspects in the area and detained them, with one being arrested after knives and a hammer were found in his car’s trunk. Reports added that all suspects were of Syrian descent.
