A 17-year-old girl died from to complications of COVID-19 at Rambam Health Care Campus in Haifa, public broadcaster Kan reported Monday evening.
The deceased was vaccinated with two doses and suffered from an underlying health condition.
She was hospitalized at Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera after contracting coronavirus several weeks ago. Her condition deteriorated and she was transferred to Rambam. The hospital allowed her family to say goodbye before she passed.
