IDF forces uncovered a “major underground network” under Gaza City’s Zeitoun district used to carry out attacks against Israeli troops, chief army spokesperson Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari told a media briefing Saturday evening.
He added that fighter jets struck terrorist sites across Jabaliya in the northern Gaza Strip after the military initiated the temporary evacuation of civilians earlier Saturday.
