Falling debris from destroyed drones that Ukraine launched targeting Russia's Saratov region damaged several houses in the cities of Saratov and Engels, the governor of the region several hundred kilometers southeast of Moscow said on Monday. All emergency services were deployed to the scenes, Roman Busargin, Rostov's governor said on the Telegram messaging app. Russia has a strategic bomber military base in Engels.
