America understands that if the Lebanese government cannot disarm Hezbollah, then Israel will have to do it, according to former Israeli ambassador to the United States Michael Oren.
“I don’t think there’s much friction here between us and the Americans, in contrast to the many possible disagreements we have over Iran and over Gaza,” Oren told ILTV.
