Islamic Jihad spokesman Daoud Shihab said on Thursday that if imprisoned Khalil Awawdeh - whose situation has worsened amid his hunger strike - dies Israel will bear full responsibility.
"We warn Israel of playing with Awadeh's life, if he dies, Israel will bear full responsibility," Shihab said. Awawdeh has surpassed 160 days without eating in protest of his administrative detention without trial in Israeli prison
