The Saudi newspaper Al-Sharq Al-Awsat reported that Israel is expanding the 'red zone' in southern Lebanon, described in the newspaper as an area where the IDF operates and residents cannot return to. Sources from southern Lebanon told the newspaper about an expanded 'red zone' adjacent to the 'yellow line' and extending to the Nabatieh area. They claimed that the red zone spans an area more than 35 kilometers wide, and its depth reaches approximately 25 kilometers into Lebanon. According to the report, it includes dozens of villages that have become vulnerable to strikes or evacuation warnings, which has led to additional waves of displacement.
