Two Austrian fighter jets were launched to an El Al flight after the pilots haven't responded to the radio calls for a few minutes, Ynet learned Tuesday.
The incident occurred on Monday on an LY338 flight from Amsterdam, and only after the jets took off toward the El Al plane, communication was restored, and the incident ended without further unusual events.
