Iran releases alleged wreckage images of US stealth jet; Kuwait reports refinery fires after drone strike while Hezbollah rocket fire triggers sirens in northern Israel and IDF says 15 terrorists were killed in southern Lebanon

Iran claimed it had downed a U.S.-made F-35 fighter jet over central parts of the country and said the pilot likely did not survive. Iranian media published images purportedly showing debris from the stealth aircraft. The Fars news agency reported that markings on the wreckage indicated it had been stationed at a British air force base.

In northern Israel, sirens sounded in the town of Metula following Missile fire from Hezbollah in Lebanon. Minutes later, alerts were also activated in Kiryat Shmona and surrounding areas. Additional sirens were reported later in the morning, marking the third round of alerts in the region.
The IDF issued an evacuation warning for the Dahieh district of Beirut, a Hezbollah stronghold, similar to warnings issued earlier in the war ahead of strikes.
