The US police tactical unit (SWAT) located the body of the sniper who killed two firefighters in northern Idaho after they arrived to handle a wildfire that broke out in an open area near the city of Coeur d'Alene in Kootenai County. This was reported by the county sheriff, who updated that the rifle was found next to the shooter, and that the special status declared in the area has been lifted.
