Students and faculty at Scheck Hillel Community School, a Jewish day school in Miami, were evacuated on Tuesday after receiving a bomb threat via phone call. The children of some Israeli diplomats in Miami attend the school in North Miami Beach. Similar threatening phone calls have been received in Jewish schools and in other US states. Local reports in Miami say that the incident is being investigated as a "swatting" call, a fake threat designed to disrupt the routine at the school. (Itamar Eichner)
