Amos Dov Silver, the founder of online drug-trafficking network Telegrass, will be released on house arrest after three years in jail, the Lod District Court ruled on Wednesday.
The prosecution filed a request for a 48-hour injunction on his release which was granted by the court.
Silver was arrested in Ukraine in August 2019 after fleeing the country. He escaped from police custody and was caught after a two-day manhunt.
He was extradited to Israel a few days later.
