Tensions between IDF troops and Lebanese soldiers reportedly rose Sunday along the border, as the Israeli soldiers were accused of breaching the "Blue Line".
The Blue Line is a temporary border established by the U.N. on June 7, 2000, after the Israeli withdrawal from Lebanon.
