Israeli jets pummel Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon

Israeli Air Force fighter jets struck two Hezbollah military compounds in the regions of Aitaroun and Aita al-Shaab in southern Lebanon, the IDF reported Thursday afternoon.
The attacks follow Wednesday evening's strikes on a military compound of the terrorist organization in Matmoura and an observation post in Jebbayn.
The army added that recent hours saw launches from Lebanon into Israeli territory near Rosh Hanikra, Ya'ara and the Upper Galilee, prompting IDF artillery to strike back at the launch sources. (Yair Kraus)
