Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed that ceasefire negotiations with Kyiv are expected to take place this evening in Istanbul. Peskov noted that he expects the talks with Ukraine to be "very complicated" and dismissed the possibility of rapid diplomatic progress.
