Syrian media reported that the Syrian army continues to capture territories previously under Kurdish control in the northern part of the country. Among other claims, the city of al-Tabqa was reportedly captured, as well as a dam located west of the city of Raqqa. Admiral Brad Cooper, commander of the U.S. Central Command, responded on X network writing that Syrian forces should "cease all offensive operations in areas" between Aleppo and al-Tabqa.
