The court ruled that Yonah Shreiber, 36, from Peduel, who was accused of assaulting a nun about three months ago in Jerusalem's Old City, was in a psychotic state at the time of the incident and was not responsible for his actions - and therefore ordered his acquittal. At the same time, the court imposed a six-year psychiatric hospitalization order on him.
