Police reported that the rescue of a hiker who found herself in distress due to severe weather conditions in the Tekoa Stream in the Judean Desert has been completed, and she was found safe and sound. The hiker, in her twenties, went off-road driving in the afternoon and became stuck on the descents to the stream due to heavy rainfall in the area. Police asked to remind the public to avoid places where there is concern for weather hazards.
