Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office confirmed that Ali al-Thawadi, Qatar's "man for dirty work," was present during the PM's apology call at the White House. Earlier, a Gazan blogger living in the US reported that al-Thawadi, a senior diplomat with ministerial authority, was documented during the conversation - and met with Netanyahu afterward. The Prime Minister's Office responded: "The person in the footage entered with Trump's staff and was only present during the conversation with Qatar's Prime Minister. There was no meeting between the Prime Minister and any Qatari official afterward as claimed."
