Ukraine's former energy minister, Herman Halushchenko, was arrested while attempting to leave the country, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine announced. Halushchenko was forced to resign about three months ago following the exposure of a corruption scandal in Ukraine's energy sector, which allegedly involved several associates of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
