Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will visit Turkey on Tuesday upon the invitation of President Tayyip Erdogan, the Turkish Presidency's communications director said on Monday. In a statement on X, Fahrettin Altun said Zelensky and Erdogan will discuss ways to improve cooperation and bilateral ties, the latest developments in Ukraine as well as regional and global issues. Zelensky's visit will coincide with talks between Russia and the United States on Tuesday in Saudi Arabia, aimed at ending the war in Ukraine and restoring broader Russia-U.S. ties.
